Zhunka

Zunka is a simple delicious Maharastrian dish. It is basically a dry version of Pithla mostly served with Bhakri - indian bread. Zunka Bhakri is a traditional farmers food. Farmers carried this food to the farm to makeup as their breakfast and lunch. The bhakri is an Indian flat bread made of Jowar or Bajra. (millet flour)
