Summer is here...and what could be a great thirst quencher than Cucumber Mint Lemonade!
It is not only refreshing but loaded with plenty of vitamins and nutrients and also act as an amazing detox to flush away all the toxins :) Moreover, the unique flavors of cucumber and mint makes it a flavorful delicious drink.
- 1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 10-12 mint leaves
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated (optional)
- Water
- Peel and thinly sliced cucumber. keep aside.
- Cut lemon into circular thin slice. keep aside.
- Now add the cucumber and lemon slices to a large pitcher. Also, add mint leaves and grated ginger to the pitcher.
- Fill the pitcher with water.
- Keep this pitcher in the fridge for an hour or two so that the water gets infused with the flavors of all the added ingredients.
- Add ice cubes when ready to serve.
