This is one of my favorite stir fry. It is a simple, healthy, colorful as well as flavorful dish.

Broccoli Corn |
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup Corn kernels, boiled
- 3-4 garlic cloves, chredded
- 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
Method:
- Chop and wash the broccoli florets and keep on side.
- Boiled the corn kernels and keep on side. I used the frozen corn kernels so thawed it for 10 minutes before making the stir fry.
- Shred the garlic cloves and keep aside.
- Heat the oil. Add the shredded garlic and saute till it turns golden brown.
- Add the red chilli powder and saute for few seconds.
- Now add the Broccoli florets and corn kernels. Add salt and red chilli flakes.
- Mix the mixture and stir fry it on medium flames for 4-5 minutes. You don't want to over cook the Broccoli. The Broccoli should be tender and crunchy to eat.
- Broccoli Corn stir fry is ready to serve.
