Its been a while since I had Mango Mastani. Mango Mastani reminds me of Sujata Mastani back home in India. It is one of the most popular place in Pune that serves awesome and delicious mastani. I have some beautiful memories of enjoying Mango Mastani back home in India. Any trip to Pune, India will not be complete unless you have visited Sujata Mastani.
This is one of the simplest, easiest recipe which is prepared in couple of minutes and yet so delicious.

Ingredients:
- 2 Cup of Alphonso Mango Pulp
- 1 Cup of Chilled Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 Scoops of Mango icecream
Method:
- Blend all the above ingredients in the blender to make a thick mango milk shake.
- Top it up with a big scoop of mango icecream.
- Mango Mastani is ready to serve.
