Kanda Bhaji also known as Onion Fritters is a popular Indian street side food. It takes minutes to prepare and often made during monsoon season. My mom makes amazing bhaji whether its kanda bhaji, mix veg bhaji, moong dal bhaji or any other bhaji...so I never felt like eating bhaji from street side vendors in India. Till date I have never ever tried it... This is again a very easy, quick recipe which can be served as snacks along with some chutney or with a cup of tea.
