Pakoras ! Who do not love them ?! Especially on a rainy or winter evening its one of the best snack along with a cup of hot tea. I was planning to make pakoras the other night and then my husband suggested why not we try something different. So I looked into refrigerator and the first thing that caught my eye was Broccoli. I was not sure how they would really taste but I was ready to experiment. Moreover, I was happy with the fact that the combination of deep fried food with a healthy ingredient wont make me feel guilty of eating something unhealthy. It was quick and turned out quite delicious.
It is a great snack and can also be served as an appetizer.
